At the helm of Capricon Construction is myself, Damian Haber, Owner and principal Project Manager. With over 15 years experience in construction and a background in Architecture and Project Management, both locally and internationally, I will lead you through the various stages of the renovation process, from pre-planning to project completion, by:

providing design concept and layout ideas, as well as guiding you through regulatory and permitting requirements for the project;
assisting you in finding and managing the project professionals required for your project and managing the scope of the intervention;
assisting in the selection, pre-purchasing and purchasing the fixtures and finishes that will go into your project;
selecting and negotiating the various subcontractors and suppliers required for the work;
managing work flow, ongoing client and design reviews, value-engineering and quality control;
as well as ensuring that your existing home (and lifestyle!) are preserved throughout the construction phase and ensuring your full satisfaction with the final project.

Because you are busy carrying on with your life during the renovation, I will be your one point of contact throughout the entire project process, providing you with simplified access to all the questions and answers that will arise during the renovation. I have been active in the construction community in Montreal for over 15 years, collaborating with numerous well-known and established construction firms in the province. I have a B.Sc.Arch from McGill University , as well a a D.E.S.S in Project Management offered jointly by the H.E.C, Universite de Montreal, and Ecole Polytechnique. I have also participated in several university exchanges abroad. I speak fluent French, Spanish and English and am happy to serve you in the language of your choice.
